I recently bought a used vehicle from Factor and this is a small town dealer who cares. I had some problems with the vehicle right after I bought it and they were right there to correct the problem and make sure I was happy with the result. They offered to buy back the vehicle if I was not 100% satisfied. Smaller town dealers don't sell the large volumes of cars that bigger dealers do and so they need to make lifetime customers. I was treated more than right by them and I suspect they will do the same for you.
